For orders from $ 1000 to $ 2000 small wholesale prices (temporarily do not work with orders up to $ 2,000)
For orders from $ 2000 to $ 5000 mid-wholesale prices
For orders from $ 5000 to $ 10,000, good-wholesale prices
For orders from $ 10,000 to $ 20,000, best-wholesale prices

By default, the website displays the good-wholesale prices. If the wholesale price is not suitable for you - contact our sales department , so that we include the necessary price category. Your price can be included ONLY after you contact the sales department. Also, to see your price, you must necessarily "log in" using your login and password, which you came up with, when registering with f2parts.com or received from our sales department. To download the price in excel format, you also need to "log in".
The prices do not include the shipping cost.
Reduction and adjustment of prices
You can request price changes for certain groups of products by changing the quality and completeness. For example: a headset-headset for a cell phone with a microphone and packaging - you can ask us to reduce the price by removing the microphone and packaging.
F2 Group LTD reserves the right at any time to change the prices for products (offered at f2parts.com) and price lists, and to correct inadvertently mistakes in prices. In case of an error in the price, F2 Group LTD notifies the buyer about this and determines if the buyer intends to make a purchase at the adjusted price. If the buyer refuses to purchase at the adjusted price, we cancel the order at the buyer's request and return the prepaid amount paid by the buyer.
Foregoing does not apply to time-limited price reductions , during the period of special sale shares.

In the "New Arrivals" section you could see the new arrivals (stay there for 30 days) . By regularly reviewing this section, you could always find something important and check the new products.
If you can’t find something or you want to order a product, that is not in our catalog - send us a description or photo of the product and the full information for your request.

The procedure of order approval is mandatory.We put the minimum possible quantities for shipping (MOQ) on some products , we quote the actual prices and possible discounts, and also take into consideration all of your wishes for the order. The order is carried out strictly after agreement.

We want to remind all customers that they are responsible for all local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm the total payment amount with their local bank.
We proceed to fulfil the order after order agreement and
advance payment (30% of the order amount) transferred to our settlement account.
We send the goods from China (we deliver them to the transportation company) after receiving the full payment with the delivery costs.
Your pack shipment
We will ship your cargo from China to any country by any shipping company: DHL, FEDEX, UPS and others.
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 work days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS/DHL/FEDEX with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Important: The exact shipping cost will be calculated only after the goods ready to ship.
Shipping & Handling
We ship to all countries. There are some restrictions applicable to some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we shall contact you.

The shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping rates may be higher than what we have listed on this website. If any product is not released for delivery to you by within 14 calendar days from the date on which your order or transaction was accepted and your payment was received, or from the applicable estimated or quoted delivery date, whichever is the later, then either party may reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which event our sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, in respect of the late or non-delivery and the resulting rejection, cancellation or termination, shall be only a refund (without interest) of any payment you may already have made for such order or transaction.
As between you and us , all risks of loss of, and damage to your purchased product(s) during the transportation process shall be borne solely and exclusively by you. Please note that, under applicable laws and/or international treaties, the liability of carriers, shippers, shipping agents and/or other relevant parties for any loss of or damage to product(s) handled by them may be excluded, fixed or limited. Accordingly, for all shipments, we recommend that you purchase appropriate, relevant and adequate insurance to cover against the risk of loss and damage during the transportation process. Please contact us to inquire about available insurance rates for your order or transaction.
All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.) However, should items become damaged or lost while in transit to you, we shall not be responsible or liable therefor.
In the event that you purchase insurance, such insurance shall be upon and subject to the terms and conditions offered by the underwriter by whom such insurance is effected; provided however that the limit of the coverage provided by such insurance shall not be more than the invoice value of the items.
In the event that you purchase insurance and you are required to file a claim for any loss of or damage to your product under such insurance through us, please contact us to initiate the claim. We shall then refund the cost or replace the item, but only if and after confirmation has been received from the insurance company regarding acceptance of the claim and payment of the compensation.

Delivery time is around 5-8 days. shipping cost is cheaper than DHL.

Door to door service, including customs clearance. the shipping cost is very competitive for order more than 5KG.

If parcel weight is 17kg-21kg, please add more products to 21kg and you will have cheaper shipping cost.
(For example, ship to spain ,shipping cost is 167.65usd for 17kgs, if weight is up to 21kgs , shiping cost is 143usd only)

Warranty & Returns
We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase from F2 Group LTD. However, there might be chances when you need to return items to us. So what can we do when we meet this situation? Let us check below.
Items Damaged in Transit
If items were visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 7 working days, as well as providing us with the proof as following:
1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box
2. Photo, video, screenshot of the defective item
3. Photo, video, screenshot of the defect or defective area

Repair Policy in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases is defective, and it's no more than 1 year since receipt, you are entitled to a warranty repair, please kindly provide us with proof as below: pictures, videos to show the product now is defective. After informing us of the information and getting confirmation from us, you can send the items back for repairment.
Before sending back, please note: Keep in mind that it's your responsibility to record and erase all info (e.g. texts, images, ringtones, contacts, etc.) from any phone or other items you return to us. Sunsky is not responsible for any personal info left on a phone and will not guarantee that personal info left on a phone or other items will be erased. Detailed repair policy as below chart.

Terms & Conditions
The placing of a Product on our Website is an invitation to accept offers for such Product and is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your order (whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card been charged).
We will acknowledge by e-mail your order for a Product at the time you place your order. We will then notify you within 5 days of such email whether we have accepted your order. At the same time if we have accepted your order we will notify you of delivery dates.
Any order (whether or not accepted) is subject to availability of the Product. If the Product becomes unavailable prior to delivery we will notify you within 14 days of acceptance of your order and give you the choice of cancelling the order and receiving a refund or of purchasing an alternative product ("Alternative Product"). If payment has been taken for the Product and you have cancelled the order we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving notification of cancellation of the order. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will notify you within 14 days of accepting your order of the correct price by e-mail and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you confirm you want to purchase the Product at the corrected price we will deliver the Product to you.
